Meet: Pamela x Ashley Sofa.

Meet Pamela a Mom, Sister, Wife, and role model to the upcoming generation of young girls. This week, as part of our “The Rwanda We’re Building” - campaign, she represents Kwisobanukirwa - the aspiring young woman who realizes that the real influence lies not in the noising, but in calm preparation and quiet power that can be used to benefit the greater community.

The Rwanda that we are creating begins with the house. Pamela shared to us how the Ashley sofa is the place where she can rest, dream and be ready to lead. A home is not constituted merely of walls but it is the place where vision starts.

It's not just a sofa. The Ashley sofa to Pamela is not just a seat, it is where she gets to take a break, study and laugh. Her story is one of ambition, family and places that hold us down, as part of our “The Rwanda We’re Building’’ - campaign.

As our Creative Director, Paradis, was searching to get the face of this movement, she went through hundreds of individuals and thousands of stories. In Pamela she got the right muse the young woman to bear a tale of power, hope and a valuable service to society.

Pamela is a recent graduate who received her Theology degree, which is an addition to her experiences as an faith leader and a mentor.

She is both the work-life -wife balance and the ambition balance which can be said to be typically future-ready wife and mother but also creates spaces of leadership and mentorship.
