Upon arrival and after securing our new home, we visited their shop. The service was exceptional and swift. With the help of a fantastic salesperson, we quickly selected our pieces. They then began crafting our chosen items: a dining table with chairs and some cigar chairs. Selecting fabrics and wood was a seamless process. The dining set and cigar chairs were completed in exactly 30 days, as estimated. Despite minor quality concerns, they were resolved without any issues or delays. Impressed by the service and attention, we then ordered three bar stools. These were crafted and delivered flawlessly within two to three weeks. Lastly, we found the perfect couch on their showroom floor, scheduled for delivery the following week. Overall, furnishing our new space in Rwanda was far less stressful and more enjoyable thanks to the craftsmanship of this furniture shop.
